Monitoring your diet – week 1

For the first week of training camp I do not want you to worry about making any major changes to your diet.

This week is simply about monitoring your current diet and getting a true understanding of your calorie consumption.

For this I want you to use the Boxing Evolution digital dietician system to log everything you eat. If you are not using this then please just record your meals each day.
At the end of the week you will have a good breakdown of the total number of calories you are consuming each day/week.
This will help to give you a much clearer indication of the total amount of calories you are consuming each week, along with what you need to be cutting out.
