Progress tracking

In order to ensure you are on track with your goals it is important to re asses and log your results every couple of weeks.

This is about the right amount of time necessary in order for there to be sufficient differentiation.
 
You will be wanting to keep a log of:

  • Weight
  • Body fat percentage (if possible)
  • Picture of yourself

 
In terms of fitness you want to always aim to be improving on the score of time/reps/weight etc so that your body is constantly having to adapt.
 
The results you record will be updated on the app progress tracker in graph form so that you have a visual display of your achievements.
