Taking training up a notch

Now that you have spent the past 2 weeks building up your cardio base we are going to introduce the first of the boxing based workouts.
The boxing based workouts involve a mixture of skipping, bag work (some equipment needed for this) and body weight based circuit exercises to start developing your muscular endurance and core stability.
For these workouts I want you to work at a pace suitable for you. The aim is to try and be slightly out of breath/slight discomfort throughout so that you don’t overdo it, whilst at the same time are putting the body under enough stress to ensure progression.
